Participation in the communal life and worship of the Church is central to our identity as Catholics. Home Study Program children and their families are expected to be active members of the Parish that faithfully attend Mass and are involved in other ways in Parish ministries and activities. Families that foresee difficulty in fulfilling the requirements of the Program should not apply.
Parents are supplied with all necessary books and materials once their child has been accepted. Parents also receive a link and access code for the Sadlier Religion web page to access unit tests, catechist resources, lesson planning tools and student activity resources that correspond to each lesson.
The staff of the Saint Leo the Great Office of Parish Faith Formation is available to assist you in working with your child in the Home Study Program. Please feel free to reach out to us with issues, questions or suggestions at any time.
