    Saint Leo the Great Parish has partnered with
    The Center and Mercy Center in Asbury Park in helping those in need.


    Needed are

    TWO Adults EACH WEEK

    - One Adult will drive the sandwiches to Asbury Park.
    - One Adult will pick up the Cold Cuts at ShopRite, Middletown the day before (Friday)

    TWELVE Students/Teens
    EACH Saturday
    to make the lunches

    Saturdays
    from
    8:45am to 9:45am
    in the School Cafeteria


    All COVID-19 Protocols must be adhered to

    • Wearing of gloves
    • Wearing a mask covering your nose & mouth
    • Use of hand sanitizer
    • Social Distance Maintained

    In appreciation for their generosity with our
    "Feed a Friend" Ministry,
    Saint Leo's presented a plaque to Saker ShopRite of Middletown
    on October 12, 2021.
    The Saker ShopRite Family and
    Saint Leo's are working together to feed over 250 people every Saturday.

  • The Center ~

    The Center in Asbury Park, Inc., is a volunteer based New Jersey not-for-profit service organization, providing support services for people living with HIV/AIDS and their caregivers, since 1992. The Center offers its clients a safe haven in order to instill a sense of community and stability in their lives as well as permanent supportive housing for 25 adults. Everyday, The Center provides that and more to the HIV positive population of Asbury Park who don't have a home. Led by Father Bob Kaeding since 1992, a dedicated staff of mostly volunteers provides daily meals as well as shelter, long term housing, and a sense of community in downtown Asbury Park, NJ.
